Terms and Conditions

For Tourists:

For Residents:

No car reservation can be confirmed if the booking starts at a distant future date.
Daily mileage limit: 150 km
Monthly mileage limit: 3,500 km
Refundable deposit:
- $300 for small cars
- $500 for medium cars
- $700 for SUVs
- $1,000 for VIP cars
- For VIP Plus cars, deposit amount depends on the car type
Extra mileage charges:
- Small cars: $0.25 per km
- Medium cars & SUVs: $0.50 per km
- VIP cars: $1 per km
- VIP Plus cars: $5 per km
Extensions must be requested 72 hours before the return date, otherwise the car may be booked by someone else.
Upon return, tolls, bridge fees, and traffic fines will be deducted from the deposit.
For crossing the Third Bridge or Osmangazi Bridge, fees must be paid directly, or the company must be informed if not paid.
If a car is returned voluntarily before the rental period ends, the contract is considered fulfilled, and no refund will be given.
If the booking is canceled by the customer for any reason, the down payment (deposit) will be kept as partial compensation for the booking loss.
If the car is returned dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged.
If the client wishes to travel outside Istanbul, the company must be informed.
Adding an additional driver costs $5 per day.
License translation & notarization fee: $45

Cars are picked up and returned at the company office:
AXIS Istanbul AVM, Building B2, 3rd Floor, Office No. 38, Bayrampaşa
Delivery hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, regardless of pick-up time.
Outside working hours, holidays, or if the contract ends on a holiday, service will be charged.

Extra charge: $15 for pick-up or drop-off between 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM

In case of an accident:

Take photos and videos of the accident showing all parties and license plates.
Take photos of the other party’s documents (driver’s license, car registration, driver’s ID).
Call our company and coordinate with the accident department.
Call the police and file an accident report.
Park the car safely on the side of the road if possible to avoid further accidents.

All cars are covered with insurance.
Deductible:
- $1,000 for small & medium cars
- Luxury cars: deductible is 5% of the car’s value
If the client is responsible for the accident (with a valid report), they are liable for:
- Repair costs
- Downtime of the car until restored
Insurance does not cover minor damages under $700 (scratches, cracks, etc.).
If no official police report is filed, or the driver is not listed in the rental contract, or was under the influence of alcohol, the client bears full responsibility.
Only the person listed in the rental contract is authorized to drive the car (otherwise fines and liabilities apply).
