Your car will be ready at your scheduled pick-up time. We’ll hold your vehicle for a limited grace period. If you arrive late, your booking may be canceled or reassigned to another customer.
To ensure a smooth pick-up process, please have the following items ready:
A valid passport or national ID
A driver’s license for each listed driver
A credit card in the main driver’s name to cover the security deposit
A refundable deposit of $ 500 is required at pick-up. This can be paid using:
Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club
Cash or debit cards are also accepted
The deposit will be released after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
